Friendly, outgoing Carlo is a buggy driver for Heathrow’s Special Assistance service, which helps passengers who can’t easily get around the airport. In Episode 6 we saw Carlo enjoy a brush with fame as the actress Pamela Anderson called upon his services.

What’s the hardest part of your job?
The hardest part of my job is oddly the most rewarding, which is trying to do the very best I can from the start of the shift through to the end.
Why do you like working at Heathrow?
Every day is a new challenge!
What has been a particularly memorable moment for you while working at Heathrow?
Seeing one little boy’s smile when I assisted in lifting him from the aircraft seat into the aisle chair. That and the smile on my face when I met Pamela Anderson!
What do you do in your spare time?
I don’t have much spare time as I look after my Mum. When I do get the time, I enjoy swimming.
